Shipping 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

When will my order arrive?

Items should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after your order has shipped.

What happens after I place my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@shopbigpicture.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shopbigpicture.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Big Picture is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are only able to ship within the U.S. at this time. International shipping is not available. 

Returns

Do you accept returns? 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are only eligible for exchanges or refunds (see more below). 

What items are eligible for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Personal care items cannot be returned.

Refunds

What happens once my return is received?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. 

Exchanges

What if I want to exchange my order?

Exchanges are free. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@shopbigpicture.com and we will provide you with a free return label.
